John Vigna, 57, of Silver Spring, pleaded responsible in March to at least one depend of little one sexual abuse and three counts of sexual abuse of a minor, prosecutors stated. The abuse befell between 2001 and 2016 throughout his time educating at Cloverly Elementary School in Silver Spring.
