BALTIMORE — Baltimore City Public Schools named Kat Locke-Jones its 2024 teacher of the year.

The seventh grade English and Language Arts teacher was stunned by BCPSS CEO Dr. Santelises alongside together with her principal, Matt Hornbeck.
