The Ravens have made seven promotions in their participant personnel division introduced by General Manager Eric DeCosta Wednesday.

One of the longest-tenured members of Baltimore’s personnel division, Kokinis enters his thirty fourth NFL season after spending the previous 5 years because the director of participant personnel (2019-23). Raphael initially joined the Ravens as a participant personnel intern (2013-14) earlier than being promoted to participant personnel assistant in 2015.
