Bonjour! That is how you might be more likely to be greeted by Maître d’Hôtel Patrick Del Valle as you cross the brink of the very beautiful Roland Park restaurant, Petit Louis Bistro. Patrick makes you’re feeling so welcome and his heat is completely real. And, sure, his accent is actual – he’s from Lyon, France. (The land of Daniel Boulud.) I typically wish to follow my French once I see Patrick after which I do not forget that I’m fairly dangerous at it. So….bonjour, merci, au revoir!

When individuals discover out that I write about meals, they normally ask what my favourite restaurant is recently. And constantly, I say Petit Louis. For me, it’s (by far) essentially the most constant restaurant expertise you’ll be able to have in Baltimore. And on no account does that make a go to ever really feel boring in any approach. Not by a mile. Louis is extraordinarily particular to me as a result of each half of your meal – from the attractive area (and parking zone arrange, which I like) to service, meals, wine, cocktails – all of the small print come collectively so gracefully. In true Foreman Wolf model, they make it appear easy and Patrick is a big half of why Louis is so fantastic. And the desk facet martini pour is simply so civilized. Applause, applause.

All of that is to say, Patrick runs a good ship. He expects loads from his workers and so they definitely ship – they’re the perfect. And we’re ever grateful patrons.

Patrick loves Real Madrid fútbol, Ravens soccer and most of all, his household. And I contemplate Patrick a buddy. He’s such a pleasant particular person. Read on, I feel you’ll take pleasure in his solutions. Merci, Patrick!
