The twelfth annual Annapolis Film Festival returns April 4 via April 7.
“It’s higher by the dozen apparently,” co-founder Lee Anderson advised WTOP.
“But it’s not cheaper by the dozen,” co-founder Patti White joked.
In all seriousness, the pageant has turn out to be an integral a part of the group over the previous decade.
