DUNDALK, Md. — When the Army Corps of Engineers laid out the primary timeline for reopening the Port of Baltimore, the company referred to as it “bold.” Today, Colonel Estee Pinchasin referred to as it “life like.”
“We’re holding to – very confidently – finish of April – we’re gonna open up this restricted entry channel. Progress goes very nicely even in comparison with final week.
