Devotions for People Who Don’t Do Devotions
Please be a part of Church of the Redeemer for our subsequent VOICES speaker, The Rev. Tim Schenck, on February 28 at 7 p.m.
Tim Schenck is the rector of the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida. Tim grew up in Baltimore and attended Redeemer previous to being ordained. He has served parishes in Maryland, New York, Massachusetts and now Florida. Tim is the creator of a number of books and is the creator of “Lent Madness” a web-based devotion collection. He shall be discussing his newest e book, Devotions for People Who Don’t Do Devotions. These are tales about on a regular basis life–and the way we are able to search and discover the divine in the midst of all of it.
The phrases are supposed to be beginning factors, not megaphone-model declarations of certainty, and also you’re invited to deliver your personal expertise and creativeness to those reflections. The hope is that they may make it easier to see God’s hand at work in each the mundane and miraculous day-to-day interactions of our lives.
