PIKESVILLE, Md. — Body-worn digicam footage has been launched of a January 9 deadly police concerned capturing in Pikesville.
The 40 minute video shows the view of two officers and their deadly encounter with Sha-Kim Akil Webley outdoors a BP gas station on Reisterstown Road.
Police initially had been known as to the realm for a home disturbance involving a person armed with a gun.
