A good portion of Maryland in under a Winter Weather Advisory until 1:00pm this afternoon and as such many school systems have made decision to open late today (February 13th).

Carroll County Public Schools:
Due to the forecast of inclement weather, schools will be opening two hours late on Tuesday, February 13, with a re-evaluation by 7:15 a.m.
Frederick County Public Schools:

Baltimore County Public Schools:
WEATHER ALERT: Due to impending inclement weather, all BCPS schools and offices will open two hours late on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, with reevaluation by 6:30 a.m. There will be no morning PreKindergarten classes.
Howard County Public School System:
02/13/24: HCPSS Code Blue: All schools will open 2 hours late due to inclement weather. AM half-day PK/RECC canceled. Before care in schools delayed 2 hours.
