Viktor Kinolayevich Sokolov, who was the commander of the Black Sea Fleet.They are needed for the battle crime of directing attacks at civilian objects, and inflicting extreme incidental hurt to civilians or harm to civilian objects, and the crime towards humanity of inhumane acts.The court stated that judges who reviewed proof introduced by prosecutors stated that there are “affordable grounds to imagine” that the 2 males are answerable for “missile strikes carried out by the forces below their command towards the Ukrainian electrical infrastructure” from Oct. 10, 2022 till at the least March 9, 2023.“During this time frame, there was an alleged marketing campaign of strikes towards quite a few electrical energy crops and sub-stations, which have been carried out by the Russian armed forces in a number of places in Ukraine,” the court stated.
