BALTIMORE — Local artists have simply been commissioned to paint electrical boxes in downtown Baltimore, as a part of Mayor Brandon Scott’s Downtown RISE plan to revitalize the central enterprise district.
Ten artists had been named the winners of the Wrap the Box Art Competition right now.
They’ll be turning electrical boxes alongside Pratt Street (between Howard and Market streets) into artworks, the mayor’s workplace introduced right now.
