BALTIMORE COUNTY — A person concerned in the 2021 homicide of Rosario “Tony” Valenti was discovered responsible of second-degree homicide.
Brandon Vogelsang, 42, faces up to 40 years in jail.

Police say an affiliate of Vogelsang walked into the bar to argue with Valenti.
This is as a result of Valenti thought Vogelsang and his group had been concerned in the homicide of his brother in 2016 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Vogelsang stabbed Valenti in the car parking zone after he and his group waited for Valenti to exit the bar.
