TOWSON, Md. — No matter the place you reside, you need to really feel protected in your house and neighborhood.
Neighbors who stay on E. Seminary Ave., say drivers are speeding solely an excessive amount of, resulting in crashes and close to misses.
Rae Ann McInnis, who has lived there for greater than 30 years, is offended, afraid and discouraged.

She says for years, drivers all through her neighborhood have put lives and property in danger.

It’s very troublesome to cease lifeless if anyone’s crossing that intersection and also you’re coming across the flip and you are going 50 miles per hour,” stated McInnis.
Earlier this week, that concern reached a fever pitch after somebody worn out her neighbors tree whose entrance yard is no stranger to collisions.
Years in the past, McInnis says she and different neighbors went to their county councilman Wade Kach to voice their issues. She says as soon as they have been turned away, the community felt discouraged.
“That’s when the councilman stated, you do understand this half of East Seminary Avenue [is] a state street? And I stated first off, no I did not know that.
