The North Avenue Market has a group of new house owners, after the market was acquired by a consortium of partners together with a spread of stakeholders in the Station North Arts District space of Baltimore City.
The group of partners embody community-based non-profit organizations, builders, and artists underneath the banner of North Avenue Market Development, LLC.
The historic constructing was bought for $3.25 million and contains the switch of a liquor license from longtime house owners Mike Shecter and Carolyn Frenkil.
