According to police, a Honda Odyssey mounted the curb “for unknown causes” whereas touring westbound on Randolph Road close to the intersection of Kimblewick Drive shortly after 10 p.m., hanging 52-year-old Ronaldo Franzese and inflicting him to “fall into the roadway.”
A white, four-door Acura then hit Franzese, who was pronounced useless on the scene, police stated.
The Acura “fled the scene with out rendering assist” to Franzese, and was seen touring north on New Hampshire Avenue after which west on Randolph Road, in accordance with police.
“The Acura could also be a white 2009-2012 Acura TL, which is lacking a fender line and should have further harm on the entrance finish, close to the bottom,” police stated in a launch.
